The Peel Compton Foundation is seeking a dedicated, full-time Horticulture Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our Grounds Crew team at Compton Gardens.

This is a full-time position offering a comprehensive benefits package, including:
Ability to climb ladders, stand for many hours during the daytime, work in all-types of weather such as wet, cold, hot, humid, and sunny conditions, perform manual labor including lifting supplies and materials up to 50 lbs.

- All gardening and grounds-keeping duties including planting, weeding, pruning, mulching, turf management, maintaining drives and walkways, painting, and litter pickup.

- Basic maintenance work.
- Basic hand tools
- Passion and understanding of horticulture practices

- Experience in lawncare
